The Rapid Response Initiative

An interactive event designed to engage and empower community leaders to address the issues of trauma faced by many Veterans, families, and individuals in their own communities.

Trauma takes many forms—not only from the hidden wounds of war, but also from caregiving stress, isolation, and health challenges.

Families are often the first line of defense for those in crisis. Yet the reality is that many families lack the energy, time, or resources when urgent crisis care is needed. We must make accessing help easier, not harder, for those in need.

By working with local leaders and resources, our goal is to close the gap in care with a sense of urgency for all those affected by trauma.
